Her dad is Kevin Toney, a two-time Grammy-nominated pianist and composer, and her mom, Phyllis Toney, is a celebrated costume designer who has dressed music legends like Diana Ross, Sir Paul McCartney, and Sting.

After graduating from the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, Dominique released her debut album, A Love Like Ours. It landed in the Top 10 soul albums on Amazon and has garnered three radio singles, spinning on over 20 radio stations across the US and the UK. Her latest single, “Lonelier With You,” is currently available on streaming platforms and enjoying airtime on US Smooth Jazz Radio.

You might recognize her from national commercials for Walmart, McDonald’s, and BMW. She’s also been part of Anthem Blue Cross’ campaign for nearly a decade.

On TV, she stars in the Lifetime film “Tempted” and appears in Lee Daniels’ feature film The Deliverance, alongside actors Andra Day, Monique, and Glenn Close. 

Currently you can hear her voice in the brand new Netflix show “Mating Season” and can catch her starring in the upcoming Microhouse Vertical “The Grief Trap.”
